Ads that are served must follow these guidelines as well or risk having your account deleted and face criminal or civil prosecution, depending on the severity of the violation.

Yes, you can use our adserver with your porn sites, but our zero-tolerance for inappropriate or illegal use will result in an instant deletion of your account, and could result in your criminal prosecution. We will cooperate fully with any law enforcement agency seeking our help. If you stay within the law your account with us should not have any issues.

We encourage free speech to the extent that laws are followed and no harm is done to persons or businesses. Case-by-case account review and consultation with our legal advisory counsel will be the final determinant of our decisions. Ads that are served also must follow the above requirements. Most webmasters understand these kinds of requirements and it is our intent that you never hear from us unless you need assistance. AdServerDB shall in no way be responsible for the use of our server for illegal or criminal activity and to the extent provided by law we will take whatever actions necessary to protect our business. Using AdServerDB is an agreement with these terms.
